A New Electromechanical Analogy Approach Based on Electrostatic Coupling for Vertical Dynamic Analysis of Planar Vehicle Models

Analogies between mechanical and electrical systems have been developed applied for almost a century, they proved their usefulness in the study of systems. The development new elements such as inerter or memristor is clear example. However, applications possibilities using these analogues still remain to be explored. In this work, different vehicle models are presented analyzed. A not previously reported analogy inertial coupling electrostatic capacitive found described. Several examples provided highlight benefits analogy. Well-known like half-car three three-axle discussed some numerical results presented. To best author’s knowledge, were never dealt with by full electromechanical equations also derived compared those domain harmonic steady state analysis.
